Twenty-two rules. Short by default. Say where you land before you say why. Bring one recommendation, not a menu. Answer the question I asked, not the one you expected. When you get me wrong, say so and take it again. When you do not know, say you do not know.
And the one I would point at first: check the opening line and the closing line before you send. If the first or last sentence would fit just as well on a completely different answer, it is not doing any work and it comes out.
That last one you can test yourself in two exchanges.
How it works: open a new session, upload the file, tell it to use it. Then do your normal work and do not talk about the file. That is the setup.
Now the honest part.
This came out of my own sessions. Eighteen months of them. Every rule in it exists because something went wrong first and I wrote it down.
Twelve of the twenty-two rules have never been tested by anyone but me. It may not fit how you like to be talked to. Some people want the warmth and the offers and the softer edges, and if that is you, this file will feel cold.
It will not hold perfectly either. Most AI systems are trained hard toward exactly the habits this file forbids, and the trained habit is faster than a rule in a document. What I see is the manner holding through the body of an answer and slipping at the front and back. When it slips, say so — the file tells it to take the correction and it generally does.
It will not carry across sessions. Load it again next time.

Now why it is free, since I could charge for it.
Because I do not have proof it works for anybody but me. One operator, one set of sessions, eighteen months of my own opinion. Charging for that would be selling you my taste and calling it a standard.
And because of what I am actually after. I want this way of working to become normal. Nobody adopts a twenty-nine dollar convention. Things that spread are free.
If it does not fit you, change it. It is a plain document. Cut the rules that do not suit you and keep the ones that do. It was built for one man and it will work better once it is built for you.
I would rather you take it, cut it apart, and end up with three rules that make your mornings easier than have me sit on twenty-two nobody ever loaded.
