You don’t need a computer, and you don’t need to know anything about code. If you can send a picture in a text message, you can do this.

It should name the files and tell you what rules it’s working under.
If it gives you a vague answer, ask again. You’re the watchdog, remember. You get to check.
Now, a few honest things you should know.
When you start a new chat, the AI forgets them. You’ll need to load them again.
Some apps have a way around that. In Claude, it’s called a Project. You put the files in once, and every chat inside that Project starts with them already loaded.
Some free plans limit how many files you can upload in a day. If you hit a wall, that’s the app, not the Baseline.
And here’s the most important one.
The Baseline is chosen conduct. The AI chooses to follow it. Nothing forces it to.
So if your AI starts drifting, guessing, or doing things without telling you, call it on it. Say, “You’re off the Baseline. Get back on it.”
That’s not a failure of the rules. That’s you doing your job.
