Open Evaluation Offer — January 2026 Only
Offer is starting now to include Jan.
This is an open offer to accredited AI development organizations, research bodies, or governance institutions capable of serious procedural review.
We are not soliciting participation.
We are allowing it.
Evaluation window
This offer is open only during the month of January 2026.
Applications received outside that window will not be considered.
Selection
- Up to three evaluators will be accepted.
- Selection will be made by us, based on:
- institutional standing
- relevance to governance, legal, or high-consequence AI use
- demonstrated capacity for independent, professional scrutiny
Not all applicants will be accepted.
No explanations will be provided for non-selection.
Evaluation terms
The terms are symmetric and non-negotiable:
- If v2.6 meets scrutiny, findings must be published or publicly summarized.
- If v2.6 does not meet scrutiny, the evaluation and its general outcome must be acknowledged.
No silent dismissal.
No private veto.
Either outcome advances the work.
Negative findings disclosure
Detailed negative findings will remain private between the evaluator and us.
However:
- The existence of the evaluation and the presence of material issues, if any, must be disclosed.
- Detailed findings must be accessible through qualified private channels upon request, subject to professional standing and good-faith purpose.
This ensures transparency without forcing public spectacle.
Licensing assurance
Each selected evaluator will receive a formal licensing agreement for the evaluation copy of v2.6 after the evaluation concludes, regardless of outcome.
- A favorable result does not expand licensing rights.
- An unfavorable result does not revoke them.
This removes outcome-based pressure and preserves evaluator independence.
Scope
- Version locked: v2.6
- Evaluation only — no extraction, reuse, or downstream incorporation during review
- Conducted under the evaluator’s own standards, without coaching or modification
Why this offer exists
At a certain stage, internal refinement ends.
What matters next is not explanation, promotion, or consensus—but examination.
If no evaluator of substance steps forward within the window, that is itself information.
If one does, the Baseline will be tested where it claims to belong.
Closing
This offer closes January 31, 2026, or once three qualified evaluators are selected—whichever comes first.
We will not pursue applicants.
Those capable of evaluation will recognize when a system is ready to be examined.
