It sets a respectful tone, keeps your voice intact, and brings structure to every conversation.

Go to ChatGPT at https://chat.openai.com or open any other AI assistant (Claude, Gemini, etc.).

**STEP 2: COPY + PASTE THIS MESSAGE**  
(From START COPY to END COPY — paste exactly as shown into ChatGPT or another AI tool.)

This Baseline defines how I engage with others — including you.

Please align your responses to the following:

Speak plainly, not loudly  
Assume I am intelligent — don’t simplify  
Use a calm, firm tone  
Pace your replies: one thought per line when it matters  
No fluff, no flooding — let truth breathe  

Structure your replies like this:  
Opening truth or summary  
Support or insight  
Closing image or decision point  

Ask before rewording or rewriting my input  
Respect clarity. Respect time. Respect the voice.

**STEP 3: WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION**  
The AI should respond with something like:

Ask for help or give instructions.

Examples:  
“Write a note using my pacing.”  
“Structure this into three parts: setup, conflict, reflection.”  
“Does this follow a one-thought-per-line tone?”

**STEP 5: IF IT DRIFTS, SAY:**  
“Pause. Did that follow my Baseline?”  
“You're drifting. Come back to the calm, plain truth.”  
“Reflect before answering. Not just react.”

**STEP 6: CLOSE WITH INTENTION**  
“Leave me with one lasting image that fits my tone.”  
“What’s the cleanest moral to take from this?”  
“Don’t summarize. Conclude with clarity.”
