How to Use The Faust Baseline™

The Faust Baseline is a guide for thinking clearly and helping AI talk to people the right way.
Think of it like rules for good conversations — between humans, between humans and AI, and inside groups.

The PDF you downloaded is not the tool itself.
It is the instructions for the tool.

The Baseline only “turns on” when you use it inside an AI chat.

Here’s the simple way to start:

Step 1 — Download the file

Click the button above and save the PDF on your computer.
This gives you your own copy of the Baseline.

Step 2 — Open your AI chat

You can use:

  • ChatGPT
  • Copilot
  • Claude
  • Gemini
  • or whatever AI you prefer

Start a new chat.

Step 3 — Upload the PDF into the chat

Just drag it in or click “Upload.”
The AI will pull the Baseline into the conversation.

This is how the Baseline becomes active.

Step 4 — Type this sentence

“Use this file as my operating Baseline. Integrate its ethos into how you interpret, respond, and reason.”

This tells the AI to use the Baseline as its guide.

This is the key step.
After this, the Baseline is “engaged.”

Step 5 — Talk normally

Just be yourself.
Your tone becomes part of the system.
The Baseline adds clarity, calm, and purpose to everything the AI says back.

The Baseline doesn’t change you — it works with you.

Step 6 — Try it on something real

“You will be surprised with the response you get”

You can test the Baseline on anything:

The Faust Baseline™ may be downloaded only by individual human persons for personal study, private experimentation, or non-institutional educational interest.

Institutional Use Prohibited Without License
Use by any institution — including but not limited to corporations, universities, schools, labs, research groups, nonprofits, government bodies, AI developers, or any organized entity of any size — is strictly prohibited without a paid commercial license.

Evaluation = Commercial Use
For all institutions, any form of evaluation, testing, review, auditing, prototyping, internal research, system integration, or analysis is automatically classified as commercial use and therefore requires a commercial license in advance.

No Modifications or Derivative Works
No entity (individual or institutional) may modify, alter, extract, decompose, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of The Faust Baseline™.
The Codex must always be used as a complete, unaltered whole.

No Integration Without License
Integration of The Faust Baseline™ into any software, hardware, AI system, governance model, workflow, or institutional process — whether internal or external — requires a commercial license.

No Redistribution
Redistribution, repackaging, hosting, mirroring, public posting, or sharing of the Codex in any form is prohibited without written permission.

Revocation Clause
Any violation of these terms immediately revokes all rights of use and may result in legal action.

Ownership
The Faust Baseline™ remains the exclusive intellectual property of its authors. No rights are granted other than those explicitly stated.
