Human life rarely offers those conditions.
Most of the decisions that shape lives, societies, and outcomes are made while facts are incomplete, signals are mixed, and consequences are still ahead. We do not live at the end of timelines. We live in the middle of them.
And that is where reasoning alone is not enough.

Humans have always relied on foresight language to survive:
