Version 2.4 stands as a public reference.
It explains the foundation and preserves the full developmental record.
That commitment does not change.
What Changes
Beginning January 2, the Baseline enters its operational phase.
Version 2.5 is publicly visible and openly discussed—but professional use, deployment, and advancement move under license.
This is not a paywall.
It is a boundary.
Transparency remains public
Application and expansion require permission
Ownership is never transferred
The Baseline is not being sold.
It is being stewarded.
Why the Line Is Drawn at 2.5
Version 2.5 is not bigger.
It is more serious.
It is the first version to demonstrate composure under real human pressure.
This is where the Baseline moved from guiding conversation
to withstanding it.
That distinction matters.
Infrastructure that proves stability under load cannot remain unmanaged.
It must be licensed, protected, and handled responsibly.

Version 2.4 remains the final free public release
Version 2.5 and forward define operational maturity
