For the remainder of the year, qualified institutions may request a 60-day Evaluation License for internal review of the Faust Baseline™ governance framework.
This Evaluation License is intended for organizations that want to examine the Baseline now—before the January 2026 commercial release—so they can assess structural fit, compliance utility, and integration potential during their year-end planning cycle.
Evaluation License Overview
License Duration:
60 days from date of issuance.
License Type:
Non-commercial, internal evaluation only.
(Not permitted for production use, training, public distribution, or operational deployment.)
Standard Evaluation Fee:
$15,000 USD
(Due to the short timeline and the Holiday Season, this rate will remain a single flat fee.)
Eligibility
Evaluation licenses are available to:
• Academic institutions and governance research groups
• AI development teams and engineering organizations
• Mid-size companies exploring internal integration
• Corporate, enterprise, and government entities
• Independent ethics labs or compliance offices
Applicants must be reviewing the Baseline for legitimate internal assessment, not for redistribution or derivative work.
What the License Includes
• Secured PDF of the current Faust Baseline Codex (evaluation edition)
• Internal use rights for review, analysis, and testing
• Structural notes for integration planning
• Limited email Q&A (clarification only, no consulting)
What the License Does Not Permit
• Commercial use
• Implementation or rollout within any live system
• Training of AI models
• Derivative works or internal restructuring of the Baseline
• Public quoting, publishing, or distribution
• Sharing outside the licensed organization

Early Access Window
This offer is being made before the January 2026 commercial release so institutions can review the architecture during their year-end cycle.
This window closes December 31, 2025.
Requests submitted after that date will fall under the 2026 commercial licensing structure.
