Code red isn’t about competition.

Tie it directly to the moral architecture missing everywhere else.
3. Show the contrast without bragging
This is where you stand up on your hill.
The giants have compute.
The giants have cash.
The giants have reach.What they don’t have is the one thing speed cannot replace:

4. Explain why the panic is logical
