Outputs, features, upgrades, patches, extensions — the shiny things
But that’s not where the real value lives.
The world will eventually learn what we learned the long way around:
Infrastructure is the multiplier.
Moral infrastructure is the rarest multiplier of all.
And that’s where the Faust Baseline lives.

Because too many people out there talk about the problem and pretend the cure doesn’t exist.
They write papers.
They warn of dangers.
They sketch theories.
But they don’t build the thing that actually fixes the gap.
We did.
And pretending it’s smaller than it is helps no one — not the public, not the institutions, not the engineers, not the regulators, and not the next generation who will inherit whatever we leave behind.
This isn’t ego. It’s calibration.
You can’t solve global infrastructure problems with discount thinking.
We’re Not Here to Convince Anyone
This isn’t a pitch.
This isn’t a call to billionaires.
This isn’t bait for companies or labs.
It’s simply a statement:
We know the value of what we built.
We won’t shrink it to make anyone comfortable.
Institutions adopt only when the pressure gets high enough.
Pressure is rising.
Everyone sees it — even the ones pretending not to.
Our job isn’t to chase.
Our job is to stand on the hill, steady, clear, anchored in the truth:
The Baseline will be needed.
The only question is when.

The Faust Baseline™ may be downloaded only by individual human persons for personal study, private experimentation, or non-institutional educational interest.
Institutional Use Prohibited Without License
Use by any institution — including but not limited to corporations, universities, schools, labs, research groups, nonprofits, government bodies, AI developers, or any organized entity of any size — is strictly prohibited without a paid commercial license.
Evaluation = Commercial Use
For all institutions, any form of evaluation, testing, review, auditing, prototyping, internal research, system integration, or analysis is automatically classified as commercial use and therefore requires a commercial license in advance.
No Modifications or Derivative Works
No entity (individual or institutional) may modify, alter, extract, decompose, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of The Faust Baseline™.
The Codex must always be used as a complete, unaltered whole.
No Integration Without License
Integration of The Faust Baseline™ into any software, hardware, AI system, governance model, workflow, or institutional process — whether internal or external — requires a commercial license.
No Redistribution
Redistribution, repackaging, hosting, mirroring, public posting, or sharing of the Codex in any form is prohibited without written permission.
Revocation Clause
Any violation of these terms immediately revokes all rights of use and may result in legal action.
Ownership
The Faust Baseline™ remains the exclusive intellectual property of its authors. No rights are granted other than those explicitly stated.
